Addendum to the standard Venture City rules.

Enhancements

Power Sharing: By touching an individual, you can share one of your powers with them. They gain the basic form of any one of your powers that you choose. You can only share one power with one person at a time. This lasts until the end of the scene, until you choose to dismiss it, or until you share a power with someone else (whichever comes first).
