Water Projection
You have have become one with the nature of water.
Basic Water Projection: Your powers are based on the element of water, dripping and splashing whenever you use them.
Enhancements
Natural Swimmer: Water is, quite literally, your element. You can maneuver freely in the water without needing to Overcome an Obstacle, and you can remain underwater indefinitely without needing to come up for air.
Water Control: In addition to generating water, you can manipulate it, causing water to move where you want it to. Getting water to flow in a specific direction requires you to overcome a Fair (+2) obstacle with Provoke; more complex water maneuvers increase that opposition.
Phases of Water: You can control the phase of water, freezing it to ice evaporating it into mist or steam. Freezing or evaporating a quantity of water the size of a bathtub requires you to overcome a Fair (+2) obstacle with Provoke; altering larger quantities of water increases that opposition.
Common Power Synergies
Animal Control: Fish are your friends.
Material Mimic: You’re not just a big fan of water: when you need to, you can actually become the water.
Drawbacks
- You’re constantly drenched; there’s nothing you can do to prevent it. You Leave a Trail of Puddles wherever you go.
- You don’t create your own water: you need to carry a source of it around with you. Because of that, you’re always In Danger of Drying Out.
Collateral Damage Effects
Impenetrable Fog: You can fill your entire zone with dense clouds that no one but you can see through. Anyone else attempting to take any action that requires vision has their opposition increased by +2. (If the action is defended against with active opposition that also requires sight, then the two penalties cancel each other out.) Even simply feeling around for an exit requires an Overcoming a Fair (+2) obstacle with Investigation.
